The photoelectric conversion rate of LED light source has not improved significantly, especially green LED, which has always been the bottleneck of the whole RGBLED light source. If the luminous efficiency of the green LED light source has a breakthrough, the brightness of the micro projector will be upgraded.

At present, the top micro projector, the measured ANSI brightness is only the level of 1000ANSI lumen, its weight (product net weight) is basically stable from 2.5 kilograms to about 3 kilograms. If the net weight of the miniature projector is more heavy, it can continue to increase the brightness, if the weight is less than 1.5 kilograms, then the luminance will not be able to break through the measured 1000ANSI lumen level anyway.
The net weight of a miniature projector of 1000 lumens is 2 kg to 3.5 kg.
So basically we can see from the weight of a miniature projector is not virtual brightness. The product of the mini projector is very big and the brightness is not high, but if the net weight is small, its brightness must be high. This is determined by the technical bottleneck of the LED light source. When choosing a micro projector, we can see whether the brightness of the new product is obviously marked by the weight of the product.
